By accessing or using TradeGoats ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

TradeGoats is a platform that allows traders to verify and display their trading performance by connecting to supported exchanges and brokers via API. The Service provides:

• Verified trading performance metrics
• Public trader profiles with performance statistics
• Connection to multiple trading platforms
• Pro and Business features for subscribed users

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

When you connect your trading accounts to TradeGoats:

• You authorize us to access your trading data via read-only API connections
• We only request and store data necessary for calculating performance metrics
• Your API credentials are encrypted and stored securely
• We never have the ability to execute trades or withdraw funds
• You can disconnect your accounts at any time

You represent that you have the right to share this data and that doing so does not violate any agreements with your trading platforms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to manipulate or falsify trading data
• Interfere with the proper operation of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription (Pro or Business). For paid subscribers:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Refunds are provided at our discretion
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TradeGoats and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your trading data. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your publicly shared profile information.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

• TradeGoats is not a financial advisor and does not provide investment advice
• Past performance displayed on the platform does not guarantee future results
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of data from third-party exchanges
• We are not responsible for any trading decisions you make
• Trading involves substantial risk of loss

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADEGOATS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Trading losses
• Service interruptions
• Security breaches

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
• We may delete your data after a reasonable period
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
